Skirt Steak! Holy yum this was good! Fresh, summery, and fairly healthy, this is a dish I'll make again.

This is a very, very simple recipe. All it requires is some marinating, greens and veggies for salad, and a dressing of your choice. As you know, I like a bit of spice in my food and this meal is no different. I marinated the meat in sriracha over night and covered it again while it was grilling. This gave it a fantastic spice which was cooled by the salad.
In the salad, I put mixed greens, mushrooms, and a ton of green onions. For the dressing, I used a dijon vinaigrette which worked well with the flavors of the sriracha.
